Privacy policy

Unmanned Aircraft Techonologies, S.A. (hereon, UATec) publishes here its privacy policy to inform the users about how their personal information will be handled should they choose to provide it during their visit to our website (www.uatec.com) or as part of any of the services offered in the mentioned site. All changes to this privacy policy will be announced on this website before it goes into effect, so that the users can give their consent to the use of their personal data in accordance with the new policy or request that their data will not be used.

UATec only collects personally identifiable information on its website on the contact form. UATec complies with Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de Diciembre de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal. As required by law, we notify users that should they choose to provide personally identifiable data when interacting with our website, it is possible that their data would be incorporated to a file owned by UATec, managed under UATec responsibility. This file will be appropriately inscribed in the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. Said data will be used exclusively for the purposes it was collected, i.e. to fulfill a request for information and to follow up on such request. Once these purposes have been served, the data will be destroyed.

According to ley orgánica 15/1999, UATec will adopt the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee that the personal data remains secure, preventing its alteration, loss or unauthorized access given the current technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks it will be exposed to. However, given the public and open nature of the internet, UATec warns the user that there is always a possibility of fraudulent access to their data no matter what measures are taken to prevent this, and cannot accept responsibility for these events.

As mandated in Ley Orgánica de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (34/2002, de 11 de julio), UATec agrees not to send commercial mailings, e-zines or newsletters to any user without having obtained previous consent from him/her. Any user that has given consent can withdraw it at any time, by either: 1) using the unsubscribe link in the recurring emails, or alternatively 2) sending an email to uatec@uatec.es requesting that no more mailings be sent to him/her.

UATec will never provide user's personal information to other companies for any purpose whatsoever, be it commercial or not.

UATec does not use cookies on its website, and navigation through our site is anonymous. The only information collected from the users is anonymous and only serves statistical purposes, such as number of visitors per hour, time of visits, etc...
